Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PokéPrice ("the platform") at pokeprice.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What PokéPrice is

PokéPrice is a price comparison and research tool for Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards. We aggregate publicly available price data to help you research card values, and we link out to marketplaces where cards can be bought.

We are not a marketplace. We do not sell cards, hold inventory, process payments, take custody of anything, or facilitate transactions. Every purchase you make happens on a third-party site under that site's terms.

3. No account, and what that means

PokéPrice has no user accounts and no passwords. Your collection, watchlist and game identity live in your browser. Where a feature needs to reach you — price alerts — your email address is the identity, and management links are sent to that address.

Because there is no password, anyone with access to your browser or your email inbox can see and change these things. Keep both secure. Clearing your browser storage erases anything held only on your device, and we cannot recover it.

4. Price data accuracy

Prices are sourced from independent third parties: market prices from the Pokémon TCG API (TCGplayer), recent sold comparables from Silph Co Analytics, active listing prices from the eBay Browse API, and tokenized floor prices from public listing data on Collector Crypt, Courtyard, RIP.FUN and Beezie. Crypto-denominated listings are converted to USD at public spot rates and are approximate.

All prices are:

• For informational purposes only
• Cached and refreshed periodically — not live, and sometimes several days old
• Subject to change without notice, and not guaranteed accurate, complete or current
• Exclusive of shipping, taxes, marketplace fees and currency conversion

5. Price alerts and the watchlist

You may subscribe an email address to receive price alerts. Subscription requires confirming your address (double opt-in), and every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

Alerts are a best-effort convenience, not a guaranteed service. They depend on third-party data that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and on email delivery we do not control. An alert may arrive late, or not at all, and a listing may be gone by the time you open it. Do not rely on alerts as your only signal for a time-sensitive purchase. We may change, suspend or discontinue alerts at any time, and may remove subscriptions that persistently bounce.

6. Card Shopper

The Card Shopper generates suggestions automatically from your stated budget and preferences. It is in beta. Suggestions are produced by an algorithm with no human review, are ranked from cached listing data, and are not advice, endorsement, or a recommendation to buy. Prices shown are the cheapest listing we recorded at the chosen condition at the time of our last sweep; the live listing may differ. Verify everything on the marketplace before purchasing.

7. Games

PokéDraft, Deal or Rip and the Daily Pack Rip are free entertainment features. They involve no payment, no wagering, no prizes and nothing of monetary value. Simulated pack openings do not create, transfer or represent ownership of any real or tokenized card, and simulated scores have no cash value.

Leaderboards and scores may be reset, recalculated or discontinued at any time. We may remove entries obtained by automation, exploitation of bugs, or other manipulation.

8. Content you publish

Two features let you publish: a shared collection link, and a display name on a game leaderboard. Both are public to anyone with the link.

You agree not to submit display names or other content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, impersonates another person or brand, or contains personal information about yourself or anyone else. We may remove any content or shared collection at our discretion, without notice.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or automate requests in a way that disrupts or degrades the service, or circumvents our rate limits
• Attempt to access, modify or interfere with our backend systems, database, or scheduled jobs
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce or redistribute our aggregated data as a competing dataset or product without permission
• Manipulate leaderboards, generate fraudulent affiliate clicks, or subscribe email addresses you do not control

10. Affiliate and referral links

PokéPrice participates in affiliate and referral programmes including the eBay Partner Network, the TCGplayer affiliate programme, and programmes run by on-chain platforms such as Collector Crypt, Courtyard, RIP.FUN and Beezie. When you click an outbound link and complete a qualifying action, we may earn a commission, referral reward, or platform tokens — at no extra cost to you.

These relationships do not influence our price data, rankings, search results, Card Shopper suggestions, or which platforms appear on the site.

11. Third-party tokenized platforms

PokéPrice links to third-party platforms (including Collector Crypt, Courtyard, RIP.FUN and Beezie) that offer tokenized Pokémon cards on public blockchains. These platforms are operated independently of PokéPrice. We do not custody cards, do not process transactions, and do not verify any platform's custody, authentication or insurance claims.

Any transaction you conduct there is between you and that platform. You are solely responsible for understanding its terms, fees, redemption process, wallet security, and the risks of on-chain trading. PokéPrice is not liable for losses arising from third-party platforms, smart contract failures, lost wallet access, or regulatory changes. See the Disclaimer.

12. Intellectual property

Pokémon, Pokémon TCG, and all related names, characters and imagery are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. and The Pokémon Company. PokéPrice is an independent fan-made tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

Card images are sourced via the Pokémon TCG API and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

13. Availability and changes to the service

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may add, change, suspend or remove any feature — including alerts, games, sharing and the Card Shopper — at any time without notice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokéPrice and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including financial losses resulting from reliance on price data, missed or delayed alerts, or interactions with third-party marketplaces.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
