By accessing or using PokéPrice ("the platform") at pokeprice.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What PokéPrice is

PokéPrice is a price comparison and information tool for Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards. We aggregate publicly available price data to help users research card values. We are not a marketplace — we do not sell cards, process payments, or facilitate transactions.

All prices displayed on PokéPrice are sourced from the Pokémon TCG API and reflect data from TCGPlayer. Prices are:

4. Acceptable use

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Reproduce or redistribute our data without permission

6. Intellectual property

Pokémon, Pokémon TCG, and all related names, characters, and imagery are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. PokéPrice is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

Card images are sourced via the Pokémon TCG API and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokéPrice and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on price data.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
